Party

Today was the first party at the new house - a Christmas party.

It was my parents' party, for helpers at church,

And it went surprisingly very well.

The only two couples who toured the house were people I wanted to -

My friends and the pastor's wife whom I love -

And everybody else was too busy to notice.

Fun, food, and fellowship -

What a wonderful Sunday afternoon.
