What Is True Love?

True love tells the truth, 
Even when it hurts.

True love is honest,

Even when it's uncomfortable.

True love on this earth,

Is really hard to find.

Even when people are together;

Not even all couples have that with each other.

We all want it; we all need it.

But how do we each find it?

Only the author of that Love knows what True Love is,

So finding Him means finding that Love.

The American Bubble

We think we are the center of the world,
But we are not.

We think we have it all - we do have a lot of material things,

But we do not have as much as we think we do.

As our material life increases, our spiritual life suffers.

As we focus on other things, we miss the One who made it all.

May we do better; may we be better,

As God comes to us, and cleanses within.

The church is under fire - as it should be.

So much hypocrisy, so much caused pain.

We have many freedoms,

But we have not discovered the freedom of shutting up.

He Always Prepares

He always prepares for the journey before you,

He always restores when you think it's the end,

He is amazing and kind, 

Always planning, and always at hand.

He gives us all freewill,

But with our best interests at heart.

He never loses a moment,

Or abandons us in the start.

He knows what's best for us,

Yes - He lets us fall when need be,

Because after all, He knows best,

Even when we fail Him.
